WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY SWITCHEM PRESS ON NAILS ORDER?
Each order will include (1) APPLICATION KIT regardless of how many sets of nails are ordered. Additional glue and supplies can be purchased separately in the EXTRA page. If you prefer nail adhesive tabs please indicate in the notes section of your order or you will receive a tube of nail glue. ONE APPLICATION KIT PER ORDER NOT PER SET
WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER?
Visit the SIZE CHARTS section of the site. There you can see the measurements of each individual nail, as well as the sizes included in each sized set. You can also opt to purchase a SIZING KIT which includes all 10 sizes of nails in shape of choice. Choose shape from drop down menu of the product page.
WHAT ARE READY TO SHIP SWITCHEM PRESS ON NAILS?
Ready To Ship Nails are nails that are made in preset sizes from XS-XL (most ready to ship are medium or large) and are shipped within 1-3 business days from date of completed order.
HOW LONG ARE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES?
Ready To Ship Switchem Press On Nails will be shipped out in 1 to 3 business days from date of completed order. Sets that need to be made will have a processing time of 5 business days with a handling time of 1 to 3 business days. If a set is Ready to Ship it will be noted in the product page.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Free Standard Shipping is offered on US orders over $75. Regular shipping fees apply to all other orders and will be calculated at checkout.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Due to the nature of the custom handmade products unfortunately there are NO returns or exchanges. PLEASE BE SURE TO ORDER THE CORRECT NAIL SET SIZE! Switchem is not responsible if you have ordered the incorrect size. View our SIZE CHARTS or order a SIZING KIT
Please note that slight variations in color may occur. Product photos are as true-to-color as possible. Different monitors and phone screens display colors differently based on their settings; so please understand that product colors may vary slightly between online representation and in person.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NAIL GLUE AND ADHESIVE TABS?
NAIL GLUE will adhere your Switchem Press On Nails anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks if applied correctly per the APPLICATION GUIDE
NAIL ADHESIVE TABS will adhere your Switchem Press On Nails for 1 to 2 days if applied correctly per the APPLICATION GUIDE. Perfect solution if you want to wear your nails for an event and not every day. Nails are super easy to remove and reuse your set of Switchem Press On Nails
IS MY SET OF SWITCHEM PRESS ON NAILS REUSABLE?
If you use NAIL ADHESIVE TABS, yes, they are easily removed and reusable. If you use NAIL GLUE to apply your set the answer is tricky. Removal of the set without damaging the design of the nails is not 100% guaranteed. Prior to reapplying a nail be sure to file nail glue residue from the back of the nail to ensure better adhesion when you reapply.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A DESIGN?
Some Switchem Press on Nails can be made into different nail shapes and sizes. If there is a drop down box for the size, you can change the shape and length. Please add a note with your order for the shape and length request. If for any reason your order request cannot be fulfilled you will be notified and refunded. CUSTOM SWITCHEM PRESS ON NAIL SETS are also available.
