HOW TO APPLY

The process of applying Switchem Press On Nails is quick and simple, but skipping steps could cause your set to fall off easily and you could be gluing them back on frequently.

 

How to Apply Switchem Press on Nails (GLUE)

Start by removing any polish from the natural nail with a nail polish remover (not included in nail kit).

File your natural nails to a clean even length, then wash your hands in warm soapy water to soften your cuticles. Use the orange stick in your nail kit to push all the cuticles back from the natural nail.

Now use the buffing block to remove all of the shine from the top of your natural nail and wipe away any dust with a brush or paper towel.

Use an alcohol wipe and go over each of your nails as the final prep step before glue.  

When gluing, you want to glue to the nail, NOT your skin or cuticle.  Gluing them to your skin or cuticle can cause them to fall off easily. If the press on is too wide, gently file the bottom to better fit. Please be careful of the design on the nail. FILE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Should nail be damaged during this process, Switchem Press On Nails is not responsible.

Double glue and apply the Switchem Press On Nails. Double gluing is to apply a small amount of glue to your natural nail and a small amount to the back of the Switchem Press On Nail. BE CAREFUL! You don't want to get the glue on your hand and then onto the front of the nail and ruin the look of your set of Switchem Press On Nails. It is suggested you start with your pinky finger, alternating each hand, each finger all the way to the thumb.

This nail application process should take approximately fifteen (15) minutes; the set of Switchem Press On Nails will generally last for about two (2) weeks.

 

How to Apply Switchem Press on Nails (ADHESIVE GLUE TABS) (MUST REQUEST IN NOTES SECTION)

Start by removing any polish from the natural nail with a nail  polish remover (not included in nail kit).

File your natural nails to a clean even length, then wash your hands in warm soapy water to soften cuticles. Use the orange stick in your nail kit to push all the cuticles back from the natural nail.

Now use the sanding block to remove all the shine from the top of your natural nail and wipe away any residue with brush or paper towel.

Use an alcohol wipe and go over each of your nails as the final prep step before glue.  

When applying your adhesive tabs, you want to adhere to the nail, NOT your skin or cuticle.  Attaching them to your skin or cuticle can cause them to fall off easily. If the press on is too wide, gently file the bottom to better fit. Please be careful of the design on the nail. FILE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Should nail be damaged during this process, Switchem Press On Nails is not responsible.

Find a nail adhesive tab like your nail size. Peel from the backing and apply to the natural nail; apply slight pressure and peel the backing off. Then apply your Switchem Press On Nail to the adhesive. It is suggested you start with your pinky finger, alternating each hand, each finger all the way to the thumb.

Switchem Press On Nails when applied using the steps above will generally last for about 1 to 2 days, and takes about 15 minutes.
